It’s not a good day out…

We did the Chain Walk today with my parents. I slipped on the rock on the first chain while my finger was caught through a loop, and now the end of my finger is black and swollen. Even so, it was a brilliant day out. The one thing that put a bit of a downer on it was the vast amount of litter and trash all over beaches that I remember as being utterly beautiful when I was small.
More on that later. My finger hurts too much to type right now.
