- Short 500m pool session. Did one scrappy tumble turn (yay!) and a set with the paddles, which was educational on hand position for entry. Need to work on pull through.

- 30 minutes on the bike rollers, track bike, 85" gear. Very sweaty!

- Back in the saddle after a week-long lurgy. Starting a new metacycle of ECA and clen/T3 with ECA from today. 6km run, 36:00 so surprsingly, no form lost since the summer! Weigh in at 88.6kg, body fat 14.8%. Which means I feel fatter and wheezier than I really am.
