- Even quickier today. Been on a downer so I went into this with a view to pushing it and making a batch of those so-good endorphins. Bless 'em, they kicked in two thirds of the way through the session and I'm a grinning fool now!
Bench press 30kg x16, 40kg x12, 47kg x8, 51kg x5. Superb.
Hang clean 30kg x8, 35kg x6, 40kg x5, 45kg x2. Superb again.

- There's been a whole bunch of stuff I haven't blogged, so excuse the slackness. You can see that it's a lifestyle theme, eh? Anyway, today at home was a quickie - had to do something, but my after-work session was kyboshed.
Bench press 30kg x14, 40 x11, 47 x6, 51 x3.
Hang clean 30kg x6, 35 x4, 40 x3.
Bar curl 20kg x10, 25 x3 - and then I washed out. Joints hurting under load, dehydrated, gumption trap.
