- Back and biceps in the gym. Hot as hell today, sweated like a horse. In a sauna. On a treadmill.
Deadlift 82.5kg x10, 115kg x5, 135kg x3, failed on 147.5. Not surprising, all my callouses have gone and the grip *hurt*.
Chins (assist #18) x 7, 7, 5 - focused on working lats and rhomboids.
Seated cable row #7 (39kg ) x 9, #8 (45kg) x7, #9 (50kg) x5.

- Chest and shoulders at home. In the heat. Gods, it was hot today. Maxed out my weights on the bench, so I need to buy a couple of 10kg plates sometime soon.
Bench press 30kg x16, 40kg x10, 50kg x6, 56kg x3, 58kg x1.
Hang clean and press 30kg x10, 35kg x7, 40kg x3.
Bench dip x15,15, 15.
Incline flyes 5[7kg x10, 7kg x7, x6.

- Back and biceps at home. This really doesn't feel beefy enough: without a rack, I can't load the Good Mornings heavy enough to be fun and I don't have the weights for deadlifts. Shopping, shopping!
Good mornings 30kg x15, 40kg x15, 45kg x15.
Bent over rows 30kg x15, 35kg x12, 40kg x5.
Barbell curls 25kg x7, 20kg x6, 15kg x6, 10kg x9. Gods, that was evil. I don't normally do drop sets!

- Mileage for the week: 78.7. Odometer: 8000! Woohoo!
- Chest at home again, short session.
Bench press 30kg x15, 35kg x11, 45kg x6, 51kg x3. Superb.
Hang clean 30kg x8, 35kg x4, 40kg x3. Superb again.
