It&#8217;s just that I see from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tri-scotland.org\">Triathlon Scotland<\/a> site that there&#8217;s a race just along a bit from Embra &mdash; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.edinburghtri.org\/gullane2006\/index.html\">the Gullane Beach Tri<\/a>. It looks like they&#8217;ve dropped the sprint distance, so it would have to be the full Olympic. What was your training schedule?<\/p>\n<p>Anyone else? Only problem is that it&#8217;s the week after our proposed <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gentlemencyclists.org\/clubhouse\/viewtopic.php?t=421\">coast to coast<\/a> and it definitely clashes with the <a href=\"http:\/\/exmouthexodus.co.uk\/\">Exodus<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>You could swim to the start from our front door!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do you fancy a trip up to Bonny Alba in late June?
