Dear Gods. I can’t believe this is true. Apparently a driver is to get £500,000 after hitting a girl<\/a>. A guy hits a 4 year-old deaf girl and he<\/i> gets awarded damages for emotional distress caused by the incident. What sort of sense is there in that? Why should he get anything at all? Just because it wasn’t his fault? That doesn’t make it anyone else’s fault, doesn’t mean he is entitled to compensation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
