This is the html version of the online form which allows you to view the questions, and also means you can still answer the survey even if, for some reason, your browser doesn't like the form. I've put up the questions I would like answered here, so all you have to do if you're having trouble with the form is copy and paste them into an email and send it to me with the answers (please remember to take out the "NOSPAM" in the "To:" field). Not hard. Please? Pretty please? All personal details will be kept strictly confidential if that is wished.

What I did about it: (if you contacted English Heritage or anyone else regarding anything you found, please let me know. It would be nice to get some idea about how many people actually do take things away from sites when visiting.)

Copy the above, by selecting with the mouse and pressing CTRL-C, then click on my mail address here, sam@NOSPAMravenfamily.org, get the cursor in the body of the message and press CTRL-V. Fill in the bits that you need to fill in, delete the "No" if you are answering "Yes" and vice versa where that is appropriate, take the "NOSPAM" part out of the email address in the "To:" field and hit the send button, making sure you have stated if there is anything you do not want published on the web site.

If your browser does not support instant internet email, then please start your email programme, start a new blank email message, copy the above and paste it across using the same technique outlined above, and then type my address address into the "To:" field (without the "NOSPAM"). Fill out the survey as above and send it me.
