Been smelling some very weird, strong smells the last couple of days. Motor co-ordination appalling - cut my finger today when cooking. Again. The knife was resting on the worktop at the time. Don't know if the smells are olfactory hallucinations or some new development in the synaesthesia. They're not food related either. At the moment I can smell what appears to be cheap men's aftershave, although I am the only one in the house and have been all day. Yesterday, while struggling over the bridge from Sainbury's, I smelled something dead.
Quite weak. Feel pretty sick today, in all honesty. Feels like someone has a hand inside my chest and is rooting around for somehing. Chest hurts quite a lot. Fingers are very stiff. I have been having trouble with temperature - I can be too hot when other people are too cold, and freezing when other people are taking off layers. Period was last week, and that didn't help. I have been getting quite dehydrated too. I'm also restless and irritable.
