22:24 Even more tired today. Not much sleep last night. I've started getting that deep, restless pain in my legs again, particularly my calves. my head hurts, my eyes have been smarting, my ribs are aching and I've been quite nauseous. That odd smell is back again as well, just to add to the jollity. Got to get up tomorrow and fly up to Scotland. I'm hoping the pressure changes on the flight don't do horrible things to my tooth. It feels like the glands in my neck are swelling a little too - I'm hoping it's not another bug because I never really got over the one I picked up in Ireland. I've had a slight cough ever since. Rubbish immune system.

Maybe it's time to splash out in the health food shop and get some echinacea. I'm not sure my doctor would approve, but I feel like I have to do something to help myself, as the appointment for the stress management seems to be taking forever.

19:20 Extremely tired. Haven't been sleeping, the pain keeps me awake. My motor co-ordination has been dreadful today and I have been shaking quite badly, quite large amplitude shakes as well. My vision is now so blurred that I can barely read the computer screen, and my ears and neck and head hurt. I have also been feeling very sick and the IBS has been quite bad.

I have been feeling quite isolated and lonely and miserable today. I tried going out to celebrate Eric's birthday yesterday, but I managed one drink, then a coke, then I felt so queasy I had to come home. The pub wasn't even terribly busy. I found that quite depressing and almost humilaiting, to be unable to manage that.

My tooth still hurts and I am still having vivid dreams. I am also feeling the cold a lot and have lost my appetite.

12:40 Tired. Sleep has been badly disturbed for days. Cold and incredibly stiff. Feel like I have pulled a hamstring and my left wrist is really sore, as though I've fallen on it. It has been like that, on and off, for months. Appetite has tailed right off and I've been very shaky and having vision problems. Tooth doesn't hurt too much right now, but I think I can still feel the infection. Could just be the bruising left by the swelling, though. The antibiotics have helped. I have been having trouble with words again as well, which is always infuriating. Fairly upbeat, though, all things considered. Well, it was my birthday yesterday. As long as I don't think about all the crap I'm nearly ok.
